Dreams of Glory

When you show up to a practice, let it be your chance to forget everything else going on in your day or your week. For just those couple of hours late at night or mid-afternoon, invest yourself in the UPA dream. Every single pass, cut and bid count toward that dream. Some people might say ultimate is just organized slack-off time, or you may want to feel guilty about time you could spend working or studying. This is something life owes you for all of that other stuff. This is a dream to which you're entitled.

"Every hour of training is like a page in a phonebook. It's very hard to tear a phonebook in half."
Dave Wood, Coach, National Ski Team
